Once a U.S. Naval base in Panama’s Colón Province, Coco Solo has transformed into a fragile community where life persists against the odds. In the absence of running water, sanitation, and reliable transportation, hundreds of Panamanian families have made homes within its crumbling walls, crafting resilience and dignity from the remnants of a forgotten past.
